The owners have over 40 years’ combined experience in the smoke shop industry bringing in the best products be it glass pipes, herbal items, vapes, eliquids, or any other typical smoke shop item at the most reasonable price, along with providing the best customer service we can. Along with that knowledge they have been able to train and mold a stellar team of professionals to help you navigate your way around a smoke shop. Providing the best in customer service without the worry if you’re being sold something you do not need at a price you do not want to pay. The team of Bohemian Lair all have first hand experience with the products we sell, and they all play an active part in helping to find the best items to present to our customers.
Jaylee Manager -
Jaylee oversees the daily operation in store and our GlassPass. With roughly 10 years of experience at various smoke and vape shops, 6 years at Bohemian Lair alone she brings a wealth of experience to help you get what you need. She has a love for all things glass, anime, and is an extreme bookworm. Come in and talk to her about any shared passions – she will talk your ear off or sit there and listen to your stories.
Rob Sales Associate-
Rob is a seasoned Sales Associate of over 2 years who excels at building relationships with customers. His strong communication skills and product knowledge make him a valuable asset to the team. Rob consistently meets and exceeds his goals, setting a high standard for his colleagues. Rob also oversees the addition of products to the website and he is always adding more items to meet the needs of our customers. In his free time, he enjoys spending it with his significant other and playing with his pets.
TJ (Seattle) Sales Associate-
TJ, more commonly known in the shop as "Seattle", has been with our team for over 3 years and brings a fresh "West Coast" perspective to the Bohemian team. With a focus on customer satisfaction and a knack for problem-solving, TJ is able to address customer needs to the best of his knowledge and with efficiency. His professional attitude and dedication to his work make him a standout performer. In his free time you can catch him playing with his band or collecting “collectables”.
Eli Sales Associate-

Eli is a dynamic Sales Associate who is always up for a challenge. Eli has been with us for over 3 years. With a passion for helping people get what they need and a drive to succeed, Eli consistently pushes themself to reach new heights.
Josh – Our Famous Sign Spinner
If you’re local to Melbourne Florida and if you have ever driven 192, you have seen Josh spinning our sign or walking on 192. Josh has been here since the beginning – over 5 years. He is super dedicated to his role here, and you will see him outside happy as hell. We love that Josh will dress as a Grateful Dead Bear, wear a speedo or do anything to draw attention to us. Josh wanted to add his comment, and it’s very fitting of the family we have at Bohemian Lair. “Buenos Dias! I’m Josh, you’re bound to notice me pointing you to the shop door, seeing you pull in makes my day but watching you leave happy helps me sleep at night.”
