TERMS OF SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY

Terms of Service  The items offered for sale are strictly for the use of tobacco products, and legal herbs in your state/jurisdiction. We make no claims and accept no liability. Depending on your area, you must be 18 or 21 to purchase these items, you must order accordingly. A photo identification can be requested. If you are local to our Melbourne Florida location, we also offer same-day delivery for an additional fee. If your beyond our delivery area, we will ship same day and most times you will have it the next day. Certain items require a signature on delivery.  WE PRICE MATCH: What does this mean? We match most local prices, and sale prices, and in addition we will match most online prices to help you save and you get to leave with the item in hand and not wait 3 weeks for shipment and delivery. Save even more by joining our loyalty program.  We reserve the right not to match certain prices on certain products, closeouts, buy 1, get 1, going-out-of-business sales, and tobacco products.  See an associate for complete details.  Periodically our in-store prices could vary from the internet due to sales etc. We will always honor the better price. 

Returns and Refunds: Purchase in-store or online: GLASS Department: Please check the glass before you leave the store. If after you get home and you notice something, we did not catch you must contact the store the same day. We ask you to take pictures and email and text them to us at:

and text to 321 271 4828. Along with a description of the issue and a copy of the receipt.  Glass Attachments: If you purchased the wrong size, you can exchange it the same day for an equal item or have store credit. Vape Department: Please try the item before you leave the store. Other Departments: Items can be returned or exchanged on the same day for store credit if they are not used with all original packing. Discounted/Close-Out Items: Any discounted or close-out items are priced accordingly, and the item will be marked as Sales Are Final. No Returns or Exchanges unless the item arrives broken. Online Sales: If anything is broken - please let us know immediately as everything ships with insurance. Also, please contact the shipper to file a claim. If you do not receive the item, file a claim with the shipping company and we will follow up for you.  GLASS PIPES, WATER PIPES, VAPORIZERS: All pipes and vape items listed on this site and sold in the store are meant to be used for lawful herbs, tobacco, and hemp use only. You are responsible for knowing your state laws. Must be 21 + to order from this site on any product that you smoke or vape according to your state/county/city laws.   

ANY HEMP PRODUCTS, or HEMP BASED PRODUCTS: ANY HEMP THC in the product is Federally Compliant and contains under .3%. Meets or succeeds all Federal and Florida Hemp Laws. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW ONLINE SALES OF HEMP PRODUCTS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATE LAWS BEFORE ORDERING.

PLEASE SEEK THE ADVICE OF A DOCTOR BEFORE USE OF ANY ITEM PURCHASED.  ITEMS THAT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE: Must sign for delivery, if delivery is refused, you forfeit the shipping fee. We will accept the return if the item is not used and includes all packing materials. You must pay for return shipping. Terms of return must be initiated within 48 hrs of receiving. If the item sent is the wrong item and it’s our fault we will cover shipping both ways. If you order the wrong item you must pay for shipping both ways. State of return: Must not be used, dirty, or missing parts. If it is, we will refuse the return. Process of refund: if we accept the return, we will refund the original source of payment minus a 10% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within 5 days to 10 days.  ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER. ANY device sold here is a non medical device.
